Dalle vigne di Robert Michel (in questo caso ereditate da Vincent Paris) escono sempre vini davvero affascinanti. Ricco di frutto, pieno e allo stesso di grande bevibilità, con tannini eleganti e setosi e una lunghezza straordinaria, questo Cornas La Geynale ’07 di Vincent Paris è dinamico e fresco, da bere tutto d’un fiato, e allo stesso tempo con mille sfumature, complesso, quasi da meditazione. Nell’incertezza su quale prospettiva adottare la bottiglia è finita piuttosto in fretta. Vuol dire che per quanto riguarda l’approccio “da meditazione” ne apriremo ben presto un’altra…
